For more than 30 years, Advancis Software & Services GmbH, headquartered in Langen, Germany, has been successfully developing innovative software solutions. As a globally operating company, we are a market leader in the fields of security technology and building automation. Our software is used in more than 80 countries for visualization and control across a wide range of applications.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) for the BeLux market, working remotely from a home office, at the earliest possible date.

Your mission

Project organization and technical responsibility for the implementation of complex IT system projects (installation and configuration)
Analysis, consulting, implementation, and documentation of solutions within customer environments
Supporting national and international subsidiaries, partners, and key accounts, as well as independently carrying out qualification activities and solution development
Creating proof-of-concepts for partners
Training our certified partners

Your profile

Strong IT knowledge acquired through a degree program or comparable vocational training
Analytical skills for independently identifying and solving problems, combined with a solution-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of project management
Knowledge of vector graphics editing (desirable)
Experience with databases, virtualization, network protocols, and IT security mechanisms (desirable)
Basic programming knowledge (desirable)
Precise and clear communication skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Strong customer and service orientation combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
Very good French, Dutch, and English language skills
Willingness to travel internationally as part of project activities and possession of a valid driver's license
